HIV+
HIV+ Surrogacy Program in Mexico
Your status is a medical fact, not a conversation you owe anyone. We work with clinics that already understand the science.

Trust is not borrowed
Meet the professionals responsible for each part of your journey. Credentials, roles and conflicts should be disclosed—not implied.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. With an undetectable viral load and standard medical protocols like sperm washing, HIV+ intended parents can safely pursue surrogacy. We work only with clinics experienced in these protocols.
Sperm washing separates sperm from the surrounding fluid before it is used to create embryos through IVF, and the washed sample is tested before use. Whether it’s required depends on your viral load and your clinic’s protocol; your medical team explains each step and its timing during planning.
Your medical information is shared only with the people directly involved in your care, and only as clinic protocols and applicable law require. We explain up front who will know what — including your surrogate — so nothing is shared without your understanding.
Medically, expect a few extra steps, such as recent viral load results, sperm washing and related lab testing. Your legal pathway is reviewed by independent legal counsel before treatment begins, as it is for every intended parent, so you know exactly what applies to you before you commit.
